Ah, Amerika! Land van onbegrensde mogelijkheden! Maar ook het land waar veel mensen het twijfelachtige idee hebben dat zorg en andere door de staat geregegelde zaken onlosmakelijk leiden tot communisme en fascisme.("Weet je wie ook een ziektekostenverzekering had? Hitler!")

Maar dus, als er geen goed zorgstelsel is dan kun je in amerika voor enorme kosten komen te staan, als je onverhoopt ziek wordt. En wat gebeurt er als je de contributie voor de brandweer niet hebt betaald? Dan fikt je huis af, terwijl de brandweer toekijkt:
